My Professional Career Coaching role combines techniques and skills learned working with my highly qualified team. Over the years I have met many people working in health and education who travel an hour to and from work because they can’t afford a house near work or indeed within a 20 K radius. Many of them have gone on to gain higher qualifications and a better job, while others have given up trying.
My decision to become a Professional Career Coach is to motivate some of these amazing hard working people and show them a better way of how to realize their dreams. The good news is it may only take 4 sessions to make the change and get that promotion that you have wanted for so long.
